Shipping Information

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders made through our website!

Prompt Shipping: We ship on the first business day following receipt of your order. Occasionally an item is out-of-stock. If this is the case we will let you know. Out-of-stock items will be backordered and shipped as soon as possible, usually 7-14 days.

Overnight Shipping: Please call us at (503) 222-6086 or toll free (877) 345-8864 to arrange for overnight shipping.

International Orders: We ship international orders via US Mail, FedEx or UPS. A shipping charge will not be included on your order form for international shipments. We will send you an email with these estimated costs. Once these charges are confirmed, we will send the package to the address specified on your order. The customer pays any additional taxes or duties on the merchandise upon receipt to their foreign government.

We cannot ship orders placed for Victorinox travel products manufactured by TRG Accessories outside the United States due to distribution terms and conditions.

Using your Fed Ex or UPS Account: For orders not qualifying for free shipping, all delivery costs can be billed directly to the customer. Please provide your account number and specify either FedEx or UPS where prompted at check out.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via email or telephone to obtain a return authorization within 30-days of purchase. All returned items must be unused and in new condition. Items which have been monogrammed cannot be returned or exchanged. We will promptly make an exchange or refund per your instructions minus the initial shipping costs.
