To return your product for repair or warranty evaluation, please select from the list of manufactures that corresponds with the maker of your product. A warranty form will immediately download and appear on your screen. You must have Adobe Acrobat in order to obtain these documents. Click below to obtain a free copy and follow the directions for installation.


Print and fill out the warranty form in complete detail with your name and address. Please specify what needs to be repaired where indicated on the form and mark all specified areas with masking tape. In the event your product is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, you will be contacted with the costs associated with repairing your item. All shipments qualifying as warranty will be repaired or replaced at our option and shipped back via UPS at no charge to the consumer.

If your product does not fall under warranty and you wish to have it repaired at your expense, please click on the "other" icon below and download the form. Print and fill out the required information and submit it with the item(s) you are shipping. Please use one form per each item. All services are performed within 24-48 hours unless we are awaiting parts.
